Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within 24 to 48 hours however this may vary depending on demand at the time. Please contact us immediately should you need to make any changes to your order or if you require your order by a specific time.
• Ukiyo Store offers a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 AUD to all Australian addresses for all online orders.
And, FREE shipping for orders over $250.
We also offer FREE PICK-UP in store for all local residents (during store hours only).
For overseas shipping please contact us for the cost.
• Please allow between 3–5 business days for delivery from dispatch on Australian orders.
• Your order will be delivered by the most appropriate service as nominated by Ukiyo Store during the business week.
No refund or exchange on sale items will be offered. Faulty items will be accepted in accordance with the ACCC guidelines.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Proof of purchase MUST be supplied for all returns and exchanges.
Ukiyo Store does not offer a refund on any purchases made via our online website store.
Ukiyo Store does not offer a refund or exchange on sale items, cosmetics, earrings or underwear or any other item designated thus on the website online store.
If your items are not quite right we will happily offer an exchange or refund on full priced items IN STORE.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 working days of goods being received. THIS INCLUDES IN STORE PURCHASES TOO!
We also offer an in-store exchange within 7 days or your purchase when accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase.
All products must be returned with proof of purchase, unused, in original packaging, and with any instruction manuals, or an exchange will not be issued. The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that tracking and insurance be used.
A re-postage fee will be charged for any exchange items when necessary.
HOW TO ARRANGE THE EXCHANGE OF YOUR PURCHASE
1. Contact UKIYO STORE within 7 days of receiving your order to request a returns form.

2. Complete the returns form that will be emailed to you
3. Package your item carefully. Ensure all original packaging and instructions are included in the shipment. As well as your returns form.
4. Post your package to the address provided BELOW. All postage costs are to be paid by the customer, and we suggest using tracking and insurance.
5. Ukiyo Store will issue an exchange item when the goods are received at our showroom and inspection of their condition is made.
All items must be returned within 7 days of our reply to be eligible for exchange.
Any products that return to our showroom damaged, or without original packaging, will not be subject to exchange.
Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Change of Mind
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem and is unable to be repaired. Ukiyo Store reserves the right to offer to repair an item wherever possible before a refund or replacement is put forward.
If you think you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please contact Ukiyo Store within 2 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims.
In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the sold out item for another product or receive a gift voucher for future use – any difference in price to either be credited or charged accordingly.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser using the card that was used for the original purchase.
Ukiyo Store recognises and respects the Purchaser’s privacy and will treat any personal information as private.
The Purchaser acknowledges that it is necessary to collect personal information in order to trade with Ukiyo Store. Personal information collected will be kept safe, confidential and respected. Ukiyo Store only uses personal information for the purposes which the purchaser gives it to Ukiyo Store. Ukiyo Store will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third party however the information may need to be shared with others who may require it to complete the Purchaser’s order such as Ukiyo Store’s transport and secure payment providers. This includes sharing information with the Purchaser’s nominated credit referees and third party credit reporting agencies.
You will not commit or encourage a criminal offence by transmitting or distributing a virus, trojan, worm, or any other harmful or malicious program or device, post any other material which is malicious, harmful or in any way offensive or obscene. You must not hack into any aspect of the website, corrupt data or cause annoyance to other users by sending unsolicited advertising or promotional material commonly referred to as “spam”; or by attempting to affect the performance or functionality of this Website.
Ukiyo Store will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
